Return and Refund Policy
Returns for Store Credit
We accept returns for store credit only on eligible items. Refunds to the original form of payment are not offered.
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition

The return must be requested within 14 days of delivery

The item must be returned in its original packaging
Store credit will be issued once the return is received and inspected.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, unless the item arrives damaged or defective. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as By Grace Jewelry is not responsible for lost return shipments.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging.
If damage is confirmed:
