Order Processing
Retail orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days after payment is received, excluding weekends and holidays. Processing times may be extended during high-volume periods, product launches, or promotions.
Shipping Times
Shipping times vary based on destination and selected shipping method. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please note that carrier delivery timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order weight, package dimensions, and destination. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Backordered or Delayed Items
If an item is on backorder or experiences a delay, you will be notified as soon as possible. Orders containing delayed items may ship separately.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. By Grace Jewelry is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once an order has been shipped and handed off to the carrier, By Grace Jewelry is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages. Any delivery issues must be resolved directly with the shipping carrier using the provided tracking information.
